Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information necessary for the project.
Clients agree to collaborate with Shalom web solutions during the project timeline.
Clients are responsible for obtaining and maintaining any necessary licenses or permissions for materials provided to Shalom web solutions.
Project Timeline and Delivery:
Shalom web solutions will provide an estimated project timeline. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, but Shalom web solutions will make reasonable efforts to meet agreed deadlines.
Clients agree to pay Shalom web solutions according to the agreed-upon terms and payment schedule.
Failure to make payments may result in a delay or suspension of services.
Upon full payment, clients will have ownership of the final design. Shalom web solutions retains the right to use the project for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed.
Revisions and Edits:
A specified number of revisions or edits may be included in the project scope. Additional revisions may incur extra charges
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during the project.
Limitation of Liability:
Shalom web solutions is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of its services.
Either party may terminate the agreement if the other party breaches any material term and fails to remedy the breach within a reasonable timeframe.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Coimbatore Jurisdiction.
Changes to Terms:
Shalom web solutions reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of changes, and continued use of services implies acceptance of the modified terms.
